9 Church Green is available to rent at £950 per week.
Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total agreed rental price, with the balance payable at least 4 weeks before the occupancy commences (6 weeks for non-UK residents).
2. Cancellations must be received by email. In the event of a cancellation you will be liable to pay the cancellation charges set out below:

However if we manage to re-let the accommodation, 70% of the cancellation charge above the deposit charge will be returned. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.
3. The full rental price is payable on reservations made 4 weeks or less before arrival.
4. If an overdue balance is not paid by the requested date, it will be assumed you have cancelled and the property will become re-available. However, if the property does not re-book you will still be liable for the balance.
5. The property is available from 3.00 PM on the day of your arrival to 10.00 AM on the day of departure.
6. The property is let on the basis of a non-smoking occupancy.
7. We supply all bed linen bath and hand towels required for each person.
8. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and Smart TV subscription are included in the tariff price.
9. Pets of any kind are not permitted in the property.
10. There must be no more members in your party than the property is designed to accommodate.
11. Any breakages, loss or damage must be reported and paid for.
12. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate your stay if you or members of your party are believed to be causing a nuisance to neighbours or are not treating the property with due respect.
13. The proprietors cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services e.g. electricity, water etc. but will endeavour to ensure resumption of services as quickly as possible.
14. The proprietors, will not be liable for any lost, damage or injury sustained by guests unless negligence is proven.
15. The proprietors reserve the right to alter specifications at their discretion, without notice.
16. The proprietors or their representatives have the right to access the premises during the period of the booking
